Director of HR

Responsibilities –

  • Manage and lead HR organization with 700+ employee and growing.
  • Own all HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, policy enforcements, performance review, and more.
  • Maintain HR policies and keep them up-to-date.
  • Organize HR committee, gather feedback and implement/update change as needed.

Requirements –

  • 7+ year experience in HR related field with 4+ year in senior manager of HR.
  • Ability to lead 10+ people organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read/write Myanmar is a plus.
