Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate procedures and systems.
  • Follow up with both internal and external parties to get things completed in a timely manner.
  • Organize and manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Manage accurate and seamless flow of information across all parties.

Requirements

  • Foreign corporation secretary experience preferred.
  • Superb English and ability to correspond with foreign government offices, banks, etc…
